我的辦公室，在一個狹小的空間裡，
如果直接照字面翻譯, 很可能是 My office is in a confined space. 但是這可能會和你中文要表達的意思不一樣. 從整段看起來, 似乎你是要說, 你的辦公室是一個狹小的空間, 而不是要說, 你的辦公室被另一個狹小的空間包圍.
所以你可以直接說: My office is a confined space. 或是 I work in a confined office (space).
在休息時間時，可以很安靜的念書，做自己想做的事。
quietly study 還是 study quietly? 在這句我會選擇把副詞放句尾, 讓句子有結束的感覺, 也比較通順.
休息時間除了 rest time, 還有很多種表達方式, 比如 in my breaks between working, 或是 whenever I am available. 雖然字面上都沒有休息兩個字, 但是實際傳達的意思就是你的休息時間.
念書一般來說就是study (有目的的研讀, 可能是為了功課或是工作), 或是 read books (比較休閒). 看狀況選擇你適合的用語.
而且我是一個愛乾淨的人，所以辦公桌上都會保持的很乾淨，看了心情也會比較好。
中文的『而且』有時只是為了讓句子通順, 本身沒有太大意義, 此時不需要翻譯出來成為 And. 以And開頭的句子, 是以強調的手法, 來帶出後面的句子. 在本文中, ��後句看不出相關性, 放了And反而奇怪.
愛乾淨的人除了可以直譯為 a person who likes cleanliness之外, 還有一個動詞 value也相當不錯: I am a person who value cleanliness. （重視乾淨的人)

My office is a confined space which allows me to study quietly or to do whatever I want in my free time. I am a person who value cleanliness. That's why I always keep my desk clean and tidy, which makes me feel better as well.

首先, 兩個句子如果沒有連接詞, 就分開兩句寫, 不要用逗號分隔兩個完整的句子.
其次, I'm very glad can know them 這樣不對的. 你可以改成
I'm very glad that I can know them. 或是 I am very glad to able to know them. 或是 I'm very glad to know them.
第三, 無形的寶藏是 immaterial(無形體的) treasure, 不是invisible(看不見的) treasure. 還有寶藏無法學習, 只能得到(get, find, obtain, or be rewarded). "study is to a lot of invisible treasures" 這句文法很有問題, 建議你不要用照字面翻譯的方法來寫英文文章. 這句可以很用簡單的英文 I learned a lot from them. (從他們身上學到很多.)就好了 . 無形的寶藏這種高難度的英文, 你可以多看一些文章之後有基本能力再來想要怎麼表達比較好.

這裡有同樣的照字面翻譯的問題, 記住這種方式用多了, 就算你之後寫出來的句子文法全對, 也有很大的可能會變成Chinglish(中式英文). 天下無不散的宴席是一句中文的俗話或是諺語, 幾乎不可能那麼巧英文剛好有一個照字面翻過去一模一樣的諺語. 你可以上網去搜尋一下其他人怎麼用英文表達這個諺語. All good things must come to an end. 是一個好的選擇.
