你需要增加虛擬記憶體大小. 先將虛擬記憶體的起始大小設定成你RAM的大小, 然後再將最大值設定成RAM大小的兩倍. 而且要確定你每個硬碟至少還有相同大小的可用空間.
請依照下面步驟進行:
1. 到控制台>所有控制項目>找到 系統 這個選項
檢視圖片2. 點選 進階系統設定
檢視圖片 3. 在效能選項, 點選設定
4. 切換到進階那頁
檢視圖片 5. 在虛擬記憶體選項, 點選變更
檢視圖片 6. 將自動管理所有磁碟的分頁大小前面的打勾取消掉.
7.選取你的磁碟機 (有安裝作業系統那個)
8.選取自訂大小.
9.設定起始大小成你RAM的大小, 單位是MB.
10.設定最大值成你RAM大小的兩倍, 單位是MB.
11.點選確定
12. 點選OK三次
13. 重新啟動你的作業系統.
PS:
1. RAM大小在第一章圖找的到. 要設定成你自己電腦的, 不是我的16GB...

ICRT應該還好, 如果你覺得ICRT的速度像機關槍, 那可能可以先從空中英語教室開始, 她講得比較慢, 比較清楚. 同時, 你也可以找一些外國影集的DVD, 講話越多越好的, 用英文字幕, 一邊看字幕一邊聽, 會加強你的大腦在判斷一些連音的正確性. 如果看英文字幕已經完全不吃力, 再把英文字幕也拿掉, 不用字幕看同一個影片. 我以前看的是六人行(Friends), 我很喜歡因為它的對話都很生活化.
Youtube上面也有很多影片都是講英文的. 有的甚至還有中英文字幕. 都可以聽聽看, 不同腔調的其實聽久了就習慣了. 英文聽力會遇到兩個瓶頸:
1. 某些字你本來就不認識, 當然聽不懂. CNN和BBC比較多艱澀的字. 因為很多關鍵字都是新聞用語或是跟時事有關.
2. 就算一個句子你每個字都認識, 念很快的話可能你會被連音困擾到, 那就看著英文字幕聽吧, 最好自己也能跟著學著念.
