這六句都是程式語言(比如C語言)裡面, 用來解釋陣列名稱所代表的意義.
seqIds, termSeqIds, branchChildren, countTermSubtree, countTermChildren和stringDepth 都是變數(identifier)名稱, 使用標準命名法則, 方便程式人員從變數名稱看出其代表的意義, 變數名稱後面接著[x]代表它是一個陣列(一串連續的變數).
identifier 這個字我習慣叫他變數, 比較正確的意思是代表某件事情的符號.
一個一個說明如下:
(1)seqIds[x]: the set of sequence identifiers referred to by the terminal nodes in the subtree rooted on x
由一串連續的變數所組成的集合. 這些變數用來代表根部在x的子樹最末端的節點.
<��查備註:> subtree (子樹)我沒有好的翻譯, 它是樹狀圖的一段分支, 節點(node)指的是樹枝分叉點.
(2) termSeqIds[x]: the set of sequence identifiers referred to by terminal children of x;
由一串連續的變數所組成的集合. 這些變數用來代表x的終端小孩(terminal children).
<理查備註:> terminal children 我的理解應該是樹狀圖分支到最末端的結果物.
(3) branchChildren[x]: the set of children of x that are branch nodes;
x的小孩集合(x為樹枝節點)
(4) countTermSubtree[i,x]: the number of terminal nodes that refer to Si in the subtree rooted on x;
終端節點的數目. 這些終端節點指的是根部在x的子樹裡的Si
(5)countTermChildren[i,x]: the number of terminal children of x that refer to Si;
x 的終端小孩的數目. 這些x指的是Si.
(6)stringDepth[x]: the length of the path label of x.
標示x的 路徑長度
翻的很差, 因為每個用字和符號的解釋其實都和前後文有關. 我建議你直接看英文還比較容易理解, 這種書的英文都很簡單, 難的是它的概念都很抽象. 翻譯成中文反而更容易誤解. 反正我盡力了.....Orz..

從小就對繪畫很感興趣，
I have interest in drawing since I was young. 
於是高中起便就讀美工科。
So I attented art designing in high school. 
我的興趣是看電影、
My hobbies are watching movies, 
聽音樂以及攝影。
listening to music and photographing. 
喜歡看電影是因為我認為從電影中可���學習到許多待人處事的道理，

1. 基本上ok. 不過我可能會用habit 換掉 daily routine. routine 感覺有點一成不變, 例行公事, habit 感覺你有享受在其中.

這是個假設語氣的句子。
If each human being ( ) stricken blind and deaf for a few days during his or her adult life,it would be a blessing.
先從句意判斷(翻譯)
如果每個人類都在他/她成年的生活中突然瞎了、聾了幾天，
那將會是一件幸運的事。
由於"如果每個人類(human being)都在他/她成年的生活中突然瞎了、聾了幾天"
是不可能的事，
所以是與"現在事實相反的"假設語氣類別。
假設語氣(與現在相反)的格式:
if + S + Ved / were + ..... , S + would/could/should/might + V(原形)
記住，一定要用were喔!!!
不論主詞(S)為何，與現在事實相反的假設語氣中，他的beV必是were
PS 我翻譯其實有點彆扭....
像是"adult life"就是想不到較通順的翻譯方式......
