你必須要先回答幾個問題, 才能真正找到解決的方案:
1. 你目前讀甚麼科系? 幾年級? 有沒有修過普通化學和生物統計學? 這牽涉到你應該準備學測, 指考, 還是轉學考.
2. 當時學測總級分和各科級分是多少?
3. 指考是三類組嗎? 各科的成績分別是多少? 
 
在沒有這幾項資料/數據之前, 我只能比較主觀的回答你列出來的三個問題:
1.  我個人認為準備轉學考對於大學在學生來說, 會比準備重考(不論學測或指考)都來的容易. 尤其是脫離高中的升學壓力之後, 要自修到可以考上臺大獸醫的水準真的有難度, 因為心態上已經跟高三有很大的差別了, 講直白一點就是高三的戰備狀態 "回不去了". 
有一點要特別注意, 因為各校規定報考二年級轉學考的唯一資格和限制, 就是必須要讀完或讀過大學至少兩個學期. 如果你是大一新生, 那就絕對不可以休學準備轉學考. 因為一旦休學, 你就會立刻喪失報考資格! 常有人說自己是休學準備轉學考, 因為他們是二年級以上的考生. 
至於休學準備重考, 其實也不建議. 因為做決定前必須設想最壞的情形, 萬一不幸沒考好, 重回文化時, 你之前的同學都變成學長姊了, 未來校園生活可能面對的尷尬情形, 是不是自己可以承受的?
與其休學, 不如申請減修學分, 把必修退掉, 選一些簡單的(營養的)課程, 只求 all pass, 一樣可以把大部分時間放在準備考試上. 
至於重��和轉學考的選擇, 在目前這個時間點, 因為學測報名時間已過, 只剩下指考, 所以準備轉學考可能會是最好的作法. 第一, 臺大獸醫指考採計國英數甲物化生六科, 如果你原先並非二三類的學生, 現在等於要重新把數甲和物化生共四科的高三選修部分念到滾瓜爛熟, 這是非常非常大的挑戰, 還有英文和國文也必須好好處理. 
反觀轉學考, 臺大獸醫轉學考共四科: 國文 英文 普通化學(C) 生物統計學. 臺大轉學考國文題目只有作文一篇, 根據自身經歷和側面了解, 沒有碰過低於 65分的考生, 絕大多數是 75起跳. 相較於指考國文, 還要複習國學常識, 古文翻譯, 字音字形等等, 臺大轉學考國文準備起來簡直輕而易舉. 英文方面, 臺大轉學考英文不考作文, 只有單字, 文法, 閱讀測驗三大類, 準備起來跟指考差不了太多. 
至於專業科目的部分, 如果你目前的科系有統計學相關的必修課, 那生物統計學對你來說只是某些名詞轉換和題目上需要熟悉而已, 例如說甚麼叫做生存資料等等, 其他的理論和公式九成以上是完全相同的. 造成最大困擾的, 其實是普通化學, 建議你趕快開始準備這一科的課本, 並且做旁聽的計畫. 
2. 不論重考或轉學, 都是給發現當初選錯跑道的學生, 一條迷途知返的救生索. 因為重考會從大一開始讀起, 轉學成功之後會從大二開始讀起, 都不會漏掉甚麼專業科目, 不用擔心入學之後跟不上或怎麼樣. 重點只有努力準備考試. 
如果你目前修讀的科系真的完全跟獸醫沒有相干補習, 也沒有任何旁聽普通化學或統計學的機會, 你才有需要考慮補習. 
3. 臺大的動作很快, 基本上是全國第一個公布轉學考資訊的學校, 理論上明年的二月底就會發布各系轉學考招生名額; 四月底公布簡章; 應該是五月中下旬至六月上旬報名, 每年都在七月的第二個星期六或星期日考試. 所以明年二月開始要密切注意臺大的招生網站.   
在重申一遍, 如果你目前是大一新生, 千萬不能休學準備轉學考, 會喪失報名和錄取資格!

這句話中, if前面是負面語意, if後面是正面語意, 所以似應把「如果」改為「即使」(if改為even if), 較為通順.
翻譯 
我覺得即使你盡全力也交不到一個朋友的! 
英文在表示否定意見時, 會把「否定」用在主要子句, 也就是"I don't think + 肯定子句", 而非"I think + 否定子句".
  
這句話聽起來還真「毒」, 是嘲諷口氣.

Lulu is a kangaroo. For 10 years she has lived with the Richards family. Lulu was adopted by the family after they found her next to her dead mother.
蓼蓼是隻領養來的袋鼠，當時理查他們發現蓼蓼孤伶伶地待在死去的媽媽旁，而十年來都和他們生活在一塊兒。
Mr. Ken Richards is a farmer. He was working on his farm when a heavy tree branch suddenly fell on top of him.
肯‧理查先生是位農人。然而在田裡工作時被一隻掉下來的大樹枝壓得正著。
Lulu stood next to Mr. Richards’ body. She started barking and didn’t leave Mr. Richards’ side.

只要是國際包裹多少都會被檢查
這時候就是要看自己滴運氣勒
有滴時候會被拆到有時候就不會被拆
我記過幾次國際卡片、包裹等等滴
之前也問過我滴韓文老師怎麼記
最簡單滴方式就是在收信人那邊大大寫上" Gyeonggi-do(城市英文名), KOREA"
然後其他的就是把韓文地址全盤照寫就對勒
不要加上seoul喔~~~
因為你要寄去滴地方不是在"京畿道 首爾特別市"
收信人滴地址是在"京畿道 坡州市"
台灣也是一樣
如果收信人是住台北市滴話就只要寫上"TAIPEI, TAIWAN "
後續滴地址照樣寫中文就好
只要丟到台北滴郵局總部郵差也都還是看中文在送信
所以韓國也是一樣啦
這個是我有問過滴˙˙˙所以就不用擔心勒
